Changefulness

“... if, as in Gothic work, there is perpetual change in both design and execution, the workman must have been altogether set free” (XXVI).

Because of the amount of people creating things in minecraft, there are an endless amount of different creations. That is the whole point of the game, creating whatever comes into your head.

Redundancy

“There is, indeed, much Gothic, and that of the best period, in which this element is hardly traceable, and which depends for its effect almost exclusively on loveliness of simple design and grace of uninvolved proportions: still, in the most characteristic buildings, a certain portion of their effect depends on accumulation of ornament; and many of those which have most influence on the minds of men, have attained it by means of this attribute alone” (LXXVIII).

Changefulness in mind, there is also an aspect of redundancy in all of the creations. Everything must be made with the same starting set of basic tools, so all creations have a certain similarity, a redundancy in materials and inspiration.
